Crossroads project is an Erasmus+ KA210 funded initiative aiming to empower adults aged 45+ who are navigating career transitions. The project explores career transitions through a systemic lens, not just choices, but context, timing, and everything in between.
The project combines psychotherapeutic support, tailored training, and lifelong learning opportunities to strengthen digital, soft, and sector-specific skills.
It also promotes intergenerational collaboration and knowledge-sharing, helping participants grow personally and professionally while improving employability and career mobility. Through personalised learning pathways and strong local and international support networks, Crossroads empowers participants to navigate career change with confidence and long-term support.
Crossroads partnership will:
The project will strengthen participants’ confidence, resilience, and employability through psychotherapeutic support and tailored learning pathways focused on digital, soft, and sector-specific skills. Participants will be better equipped to navigate career transitions, re-enter the workforce, and adapt to changing labour market demands.
It will also promote lifelong learning and intergenerational knowledge-sharing, fostering inclusive communities and long-term support networks. Career counselors, trainers, employers, and educational organisations will benefit from new tools, collaboration opportunities, and greater awareness of the needs and strengths of adults over 45.
